- Stingray Mermaid. -





















This is my second mermaid commission for Phil Velazques, and this time the mermaid is a stingray. Stingrays kind of have a bad rap now that we are short one Australian tv star, but I still think they are quite beautiful. As is she, looking in her mirror, the queen of all she surveys.
